Join "A Cardinal Celebration" and meet some of CUA's most accomplished alumni. Andrea Roane, co-anchor of 9News and university trustee, will be the distinguished Master of Ceremonies. The evening includes an elegant dinner and awards program that will celebrate six accomplished CUA alumni. Help us honor these wonderful representatives of CUA!

SLIS Celebrates 25 Years

This month, CUA's School of Library and Information Science
kicks off a celebration of its 25th Anniversary. To start, the SLIS Alumni Board will be hosting an Afternoon Tea at D.C.'s famous Mansion on O Street on Saturday, October 14 with proceeds to benefit the School's Elizabeth Stone scholarship.

NCSSS Hosts Fifth Annual Homecoming Conference

On Saturday, October 4, the National Catholic School of Social Service will host the Fifth Annual NCSSS Homecoming Conference.

This full morning of events will include a workshop, an alumni breakfast, and a keynote presentation by NCSSS alumna Eileen Dombo, PhD, LCSW-C, titled "Self-Care and the Social Worker: Improving Your Professional Self."

School of Nursing Welcomes 2006 Alumni Awardee

On Saturday, October 14, CUA's School of Nursing Alumni Chapter will host their Annual Meeting and Homecoming Reunion from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Caldwell Auditorium.

The event will combine a brunch, silent auction, & citrus sale, and will feature a presentation titled "Care and Justice: Distinct Moral Orientations" given by Carol R. Taylor, R.N., M.S.N.,'79 and 2006 distinguished CUA Alumni Award Recipient.
